Running after a man will never get you what you want…
most men run for the hills or use you because of it.

Look in the mirror, you are beautiful and worthy of someone who wants you without you having to lose your self worth over them.

A man who wants you will do everything in his power to get you. He will pursue you and make you feel like the queen that you are. When a man isn’t interested there is no changing his mind. Respect yourself enough to close the door before you are so humiliated by his lack of interest and constant disrespect.

There is someone worthy of your love, never settle and belittle yourself for the wrong person.

No relationship is smooth sailing. It takes dedication, commitment, love and trust to make it work. It’s a job on its own. If you not willing to play your part by meeting your partner halfway it won’t work.

There are many one sided relationships where one partner does most of the work to keep the fires burning. Eventually it becomes too much and thats when the relationship ends. You cannot keep watering a dead plant… enough is enough. A relationship needs constant nurturing for it to work… Be with someone who is invested in you, someone who is wanting to build a future with you, someone who is ready, willing and able to grow old with you, to hold your hand through the ups and the downs, someone who will protect you and guard your heart as if it were his own.

No one deserves to cry themselves to sleep over someone  who doesn’t know their worth. He either loves you enough to want your relationship to work or not… Dont waste years of your life and sleepless nights waiting to see a change in him.

Your tears are a sign that something is terribly wrong… Choose to walk away or become accustomed to years of being unhappy.

If YOU want your relationship to work, don’t do the following:

✖️ Call him a few times a day

✖️ Text him a few times a day

✖️ Become needy & clingy

✖️ Buy him gifts for no reason

✖️ Force yourself into his space

✖️ Get your family & friends involved as a backup plan

✖️ Dictate to him constantly

✖️ Question his every move

There is nothing worse than a needy, clingy partner who drains you emotionally. No one should feel like they are suffocating in their relationship.

That is a relationship deal breaker.

✖️ He wants to keep his options open.

✖️ He is seeing other women.

✖️ He doesn’t love you.

✖️ He is using you.

✖️ He sees you as a friend with benefits only – nothing more.

✖️ He is not over his EX.

When someone LOVES you they will never keep you a secret and hide you away from family and friends. Don’t be fooled by their endless trail of lies and broken promises

What you allow will continue…

✖️ You can’t be yourself.

✖️ You argue all the time.

✖️ You cannot voice your opinion.

✖️ They are always right and you are always wrong.

✖️ You don’t work as a team.

✖️ They have zero respect for you.

✖️ They don’t trust you.

✖️ Everyone else is a priority.

✖️ They belittle you to their family and friends.

✖️ They lie about everything.

✖️ Their friends and family come first.

✖️ They never have your back.

✖️ Communication between you two is an effort.

✖️ They use any excuse not to spend quality time with you.

✖️ They show no emotion.

We all deserve to be happy. You simply cannot force something that is not meant to be. Love does exist and should be celebrated daily with a partner worthy of you… Never settle

You change your personality to keep the peace.
You afraid to say whats on your mind in fear that it will cause a problem.
You take on some of his bad habits to make him feel better.
You tend to take the blame for every argument.
You allow him to manipulate and disrespect you daily.
He belittles you in company.
He will never compliment you but will gladly compliment another woman in front of you.
He finds it difficult to say anything nice to you.
He shows no emotion when it comes to you.
He uses any and every excuse not to be around you.
It’s an effort to spend quality time with you or to plan holidays together.
Excuses and Lies become your daily bread…

To sum it up, you become his puppet, his tool, his fool, his dartboard, his doormat… no matter how hard you try to please him, he never appreciates anything you do.

A puppet for love is…a relationship without Love..

Micro-cheating is a series of seemingly small actions that indicate that a person is emotionally or physically focused on someone outside their relationship…

Have you experienced Micro Cheating? I have…
Here are some signs to look out for…

  1. He is on his phone 24/7. Takes it everywhere with him including the bathroom. He may have an extra phone that you don’t know of as well.
  2. He deletes his browsing history and puts a password on his phone.
  3. He joins a dating app? Why would he when he is in a relationship with you?
  4. He flirts with your female friends and that shows that he is not serious about you.
  5. He makes them feel uncomfortable.
  6. He often talks about “her” in company.
  7. He checks an ex’s social media feed to see if they are single.

Before you know it, they are in a full on relationship right under your nose. If you feel that your partner is micro-cheating, confront them about it before it’s too late.
If you feel that you are micro-cheating on your partner, make the right choice by getting professional help or by being honest about it with your partner.

Respect yourself…your choices have consequences.

Ghosting says more about them than it does about you. Their message is loud and clear. They don’t have the emotional maturity to have a healthy adult mature relationship.

I never knew this existed until I experienced myself… You tend to blame yourself and question what you could have done differently. At the end of the day it’s his loss…

💜 no response is a response.

💜 if they wanted to they would

💜 not everyone has the same heart as you

“There will be men who want you and a man who deserves you. Know the difference.”

When something doesn’t feel right that is a sign that you need to stop before you follow through.

When you are in a relationship or marriage you need to be very careful as to who you allow into your space. So many people pretend just to get what they want. They look at your lifestyle, your home, your man… they plot and scheme, pretend to be your friend until they get it all.

Follow your gut…that uncomfortable weird feeling when they are in your company is a warning… close that door on them before they destroy everything around you.

“The worst kind of enemies are the ones who pretend to be your friends”

I remember the day I met you…

The age gap was never a problem as we connected on a level like no other. You were more mature than guys much older than you. All the memories we shared were priceless… You made me realise that there is hope after-all, that somehow someway two people with so much going against them can make the most of the borrowed time that they have together.

“When you really love someone, age, distance, height, weight is just a number
